Hilton Head, S.C.
– In their night cap match the Yeowomen proved to be too much for the University of Sioux Falls. Again, starting with singles action a new-look OC lineup swept all six spots.

Kelly Sipp, winner of three matches today, came back from a first set deficit to win, pulling out a second set tiebreak win and the super tiebreak for her 10th win of the season, (5-7, 7-6 (7-4), 10-5).

Fellow seniors Olivia Hayden and Sarah Teitelbaum were straight set winners.

The Yeowomen were helped to victory with three wins from first-year players. Ariel Lewis grabbed a win with 10-6 super tiebreak victory. Inserted into tonight's lineup at No. 5, Rebecca Brown was a 6-2, 6-2 winner over Meghan Kline. Emily Thebaut held Kara Crosgrove to just two games in her 6-0, 6-2 win.

Oberlin (10-5) had the match wrapped up following singles action and were winners of just one doubles match after a long day of tennis.

OC head coach Constantine Ananiadis noted, “We have had a good day of tennis but it was long one. We mixed up the lineup tonight and played well enough to win, we are finding ways to get the win in each match. We are looking forward to our day off before we face a good Carleton team.”

The Yeowomen will rest until Thursday when they face Carleton College on their last day in Hilton Head, S.C.
