October 17 – Nationally-ranked Wittenberg dealt the Oberlin College volleyball team a 3-0 (25-14, 25-18, 25-17) loss on Friday night at Philips Gym.
The Yeowomen were paced by the effort of
Anna Frackman as she posted 11 kills on 26 swings, for an impressive .308 hitting percentage.
Amanda Wysk also added six kills on the night, while junior
Rita Kaplon tallied 22 assists and team-high eight digs.

Tammela Platt played a very disciplined match as she got the offense in rhythm with sharp passing and finished the night without a single serve reception error.
The Yeowomen are not the only team to suffer the wrath of the Tigers as they have now won 45 straight NCAC regular season matches.
Oberlin hopes to return to the win column tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m. when Earlham College invades Philips Gym.
