The men's 4x400m relay team of Kai Bell-Torres, Armand Andry, Simon Tang, and Cooper Tanski also snagged the win with a 3:26.93. Less than 200m to go, Tanski claimed the lead and was able to hold off Baldwin Wallace's finishing kick.
"I want to highlight Euan's performance today—it was a perfect microcosm of how the team competed overall. In far from ideal conditions, this group went out and executed beautifully," Wach continues. "In Euan's case, and many others, that execution resulted in some breakthrough personal bests!"
The Crimson and Gold will return to action on Friday, April 3, and Saturday, April 4 at the Wooster Invitational. Friday events kick off at 1:30 p.m. with Saturday events beginning at 11 a.m.
