Columbus, Ohio - Concluding an incredible four-year career with the Oberlin College women's soccer team,
Zoe Steinhauer earns Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association (OCSA) Academic All-Ohio Second-Team honors.
To be considered for the Academic All-Ohio Team, a student-athlete must be in their junior or senior year, have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.3 or better, and make a significant athletic contribution.Â
A biology major from Scottsdale, Arizona, Steinhauer earns her first OCSA accolade. Wrapping her senior season landing on the All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Third-Team, Steinhauer played a pivotal role for Oberlin from the midfield. Starting in all but six games in her career, Steinhauer helped the Crimson and Gold produce nearly 100 goals during her time on the pitch, including her goal in a road contest at Olivet this past season.Â
"I'm incredibly proud of all of the hard work Zoe has put in during her four years here, and receiving this honor in her final year is a clear testament of that," Head Coach Taylor Houck continues.
