Columbus, Ohio - Delivering an impressive junior season on the Oberlin College men's soccer team,
Leo Pelizzari-Astle earns selections to the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association (OCSA) Academic All-Ohio and All-Ohio teams.
Landing a spot on the OCSA Academic All-Ohio Second-Team, Pelizzari-Astle also earns All-Ohio Third-Team laurels.
To be considered for the Academic All-Ohio Team, a student-athlete must be in their junior or senior year, have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.3 or better, and make a significant athletic contribution.
Earning his first set of honors from the OCSA, Pelizzari-Astle earned his first North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) accolade after garnering a spot on the All-NCAC Third-Team upon conclusion of the 2025 season. An environmental studies major from New York City, the midfielder also received College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors this season. Scoring a goal in Oberlin's matchup against Muskingum, the junior recorded five 90-minute matches during the 2025 season.
"I am really proud of all of our guys and their commitment in the classroom, but I am especially happy that Leo is getting recognized for his play and academic accomplishments," Head Coach Blake New adds.
