Louisville, Kentucky – Oberlin College men's lacrosse sophomore sensation,
Colin Taylor, has been named an All-American Honorable Mention, as announced by United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) on Thursday afternoon.
Taylor comes off a phenomenal season, culminated in being named to the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCSC) First-Team earlier this month. It marked the second-straight year Taylor made the All-Conference list.
The Baltimore, Maryland native led the NCAC with 43 caused turnovers and ranked second in the conference with 2.69 caused turnovers per game. He also tallied 64 ground balls, ranking ninth overall and third among non-faceoff specialists.
Of this accomplishment, Head Coach
Ryan Polak says, "He was really good for our team defense this year, allowing us to compete at a very high level."
The All-American list included 18 NCAC athletes, led by Denison with seven.
