Greenwood, Indiana – After an historic season for the Oberlin College men's lacrosse team,
Nicholas Cuda,
Cooper Rand,
Evan Sardina,
Jacob Starcke,
Chris Totonis, and
Cooper Zancosky produced College Sports Communicators (CSC) At-Large Academic All-District accolades, announced by the CSC on Tuesday afternoon.
Both Sardina and Starcke earn their second career CSC award after earning All-District honors in 2025, while Cuda, Rand, Totonis, and Zancosky deliver their first career CSC laurel.
A financial economics major with a 3.89 GPA, Cuda started in all 18 games this season, registering 29 goals, a team-best 19 assists, and 48 points. The Pittsburgh native also finished among the top-20 in the conference in goals per game (1.61), assists per game (1.06), and points per game (2.67).
A physics major from Minnesota, Rand started in all 18 games this season, leading the Yeomen with 34 caused turnovers while also delivering 59 ground balls. Earning his first career North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) postseason honor after landing on the All-NCAC Second-Team, the sophomore ranked fourth in the NCAC this season with 1.89 caused turnovers per game.
Earning a United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-America Honorable Mention and All-NCAC Second-Team honors this season, Sardina led Oberlin at the face-off, going 251-333 and ranking third in NCAA Division III with a face-off win percentage of .754. A mathematics and economics double major with a 3.88 GPA, Sardina led the Yeomen with 184 ground balls.
Graduating as one of the premier scorers in Oberlin history, earned a USILA All-America Honorable Mention and All-NCAC First-Team accolades to cap his senior season and remarkable four-year career. Majoring in computer science, Starcke holds the program record in career goals scored (190) and finishes third all-time with 225 career points.
Earning his first career CSC award, Totonis garnered his second career All-NCAC Third-Team honor after an incredible sophomore season. Starting in all 18 games, the midfielder tallied 16 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers.
A financial economics major with a 3.94 GPA, Zancosky collects his first CSC accolade while also posting his first NCAC postseason honor, earning a selection to the All-NCAC Third-Team earlier this season. Playing in all 18 games, the Pittsburgh native recorded 22 goals, 10 assists, and 32 points.
The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have reached sophomore athletic status and compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games while maintaining a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average.
