Box Score Oberlin, OH- The Oberlin College men's tennis team hosted the nationally ranked Kenyon Lords in town for a dual match on Friday evening. The 25th team in the nation overwhelmed Oberlin for a final score of 9-0. The Yeomen fall to 6-10 overall.

Getting started with the doubles competition,
James Dill and
Grant North won a highly contested match in the No. 1 spot by a score of 8-6.
Sean Billerbeck and
Rohan Gold also dropped their match to Kenyon at the No. 2 spot, 8-5. The duo of
Sebastien Naginski and
Ben Echikson fell in the final doubles slot 8-1 to bring the match score to 2-1 overall.

Moving on to the singles matches, Billerbeck (6-3, 6-2) lost in his No. 1 spot just after both Dill (6-0, 6-0) and
Sam Topper (6-0, 6-2) lost their matches. The Yeomen continued to struggle against the Lords with another pair of losses coming from Gold (6-0, 6-4) and Naginski (6-2, 6-3). North finished out the match in the last singles spot, 6-1, 6-1 to bring the final score to 9-0.

Oberlin will play again tomorrow, April 9 hosting Wooster to finish the weekend. The match is set to begin at 1pm.
