Shawn Lisann and first-year Brady Hugget climbed out of a 2–4 hole to beat Ohio Wesleyan's No. 1 duo, Gabe Fogle and Koby Francis, 6–4. Second-year
Zain Makada and first-year
Enrique Margain rolled past Ian Tsai and Rainer Holl for a 6–2 win at No. 2 doubles. First-years
Oliver Knijnenburg and
Max Brose fought through some nerves to clinch the doubles sweep over Marcus Bode and Max Jody, 6–4.Â

Lisann had the longest match of singles play, taking on in the No. 1 slot. Lisann played clutch tennis in the super tiebreak for a 6–2, 5–7, 10–8 win.Â

Makada cruised past Ohio Wesleyan's Fogle in a 6–2, 6–0 rout, while Oberlin's No. 3 Margain took down Francis 6–1, 6–2.

Brose continued his singles success this season with a clinical 6–2, 6–0 win over Holl in the No. 4 slot. Second-year
Ben Tichauer fought through a tough first set before running away with the second in a 7–6 (1), 6–1 victory over Jody.

Ohio Wesleyan's sole point of the day came at the expense of third-year
James Foster, who couldn't carry over the momentum from the second set into the super tiebreak and fell 6–4, 3–6, 10–7 to Bode.Â

With the win, Oberlin improves to 6–11 on the season and 2–2 in conference play.
