The Yeomen's lone point came at No. 2 doubles where Callan Louis and Abraham Davis defeated Thomas Manning and Dan Conroy by an 8-3 count.

Oberlin nearly added a second point in the third doubles flight as Jeremy Lichtmacher and Charlie Marks went tooth-and-nail with Sam Stephenson and Alexander Hurtuk before succumbing to a tiebreak defeat, falling 9-8 (7-3).

In singles play the Yeomen forced third sets in spots two, five and six, but came up empty each time.

At No. 2 Louis lost the first set to Tyler Triolo 6-4 before winning the second by the same scoreline. Unfortunately, Triolo got the best of him in the third, winning 10-7.

At No. 5 Davis lost the first set 6-4 before winning the second 7-5 vs. Hurtuk. However, Hurtuk would get the best of him in the third, taking the point with a 10-3 triumph.

Lichtmacher started his match with Conroy at No. 6 singles by winning the first 6-2. Unfortunately, he would fall by the same score in the second and then lose a closely contested third set 11-9.

The Yeomen will enter the upcoming NCAC Tournament with a record of 11-12 overall and 1-3 vs. NCAC East opponents.

The tournament will run from April 25-27 on the campus of Denison University.
