Yeowomen End Season with a Loss at Ohio Wesleyan

First-year Emily Perry made 17 saves and fellow rookie Alice Zicht scored three times, but the Oberlin College women's lacrosse team had no answer for Ohio Wesleyan's high-powered offense as they fell to the Bishops 20-7 in the final game of the season on Saturday.

Taylor Fey added two scores, while Dana Rich and Ariel Schuster each added one for the Yeowomen.

Oberlin tried just 2-1 in the early going, but OWU ripped off 11 of the game's next 12 goals to lead 13-2 at the break.

In the game, the Yeowomen were out-shot 51-19 and lost 22 of 29 draw controls. However, OC was tight in the ground ball battle 18-15.
