October 22
– On a bitter cold night in Meadville, Pennsylvania, the Oberlin College men's soccer team played the Allegheny College Gators to a 1-1 double-overtime tie.

Both teams had their chances throughout the match as the Yeomen fired off 21 shots compared to 17 for the Gators.

Allegheny (4-8-3, 2-2-2 NCAC) struck first seven and half minutes into the second half on a D.J. Egan goal. Just five minutes later, sophomore Evan Atwell would respond with his fifth goal of the season - good for second best on the team.

However, that was all the scoring that would take place over the 110 minutes of play. The Yeomen did trigger five shots in the overtime periods, with the best scoring opportunity coming on a header by Skyler Dum that was turned away by Gators keeper Zane Miller.

Zach Lipshultz played in goal for the duration, totaling four saves on the night.

First-year Oliver Miller-Farrell led Oberlin (8-8-1, 2-4-1 NCAC) with five shots, including one of the team's seven on goal.

The Yeomen return to action on Tuesday, October 28 at Kenyon College.
