Biography

What's your coaching style? Down to earth and fun.
Why do you coach? There is such power in community. I love teaching group fitness and small group training because the camaraderie that is naturally is a catalyst for everyone to reach their own personal goals.  It is so fulfilling to hear members or clients challenging each other, encouraging each other, and congratulating each other at the end of class.  My job is to facilitate the kind of environment where people will want to strive to be the best version of themselves.  
What's your favorite thing about fitness?  Every day is a new challenge.   It is fascinating how the body can respond differently to exercises each day.  I love celebrating the little victories that comes from mastering a workout or a specific challenge after striving for weeks.   
What's your favorite inspirational quote? Each day is a new opportunity to improve yourself.  Take it, and make the most of it.
