Westlake, Ohio – Earning his second North Coast Athletic Conference honors this season, Oberlin College men's basketball's Zach Smith was named the NCAC Athlete of the Week.

"I'm so happy for Smitty to finally get this recognition. He's a kid that's earned every bit of success and he's having a career year because of all the work he's put in behind the scene." Head Coach Shiva Senthil says, "He's been our hardest worker since day one, gradually increased his role every year, and now he's seeing the fruits of his labor as a senior. I'm so happy he's getting recognition for all his hard work. He's an awesome player who deserves every bit of success"
