Men's Results | Women's Results

Oberlin, Ohio- The Oberlin College cross country team hit the road on Saturday morning as they took part in the Rochester Yellow Jacket Invitational in Rochester, New York. Both teams placed 14^th in their respective fields of 25. The women earned 388 points while the men earned 361points.
 
In the women's 6k race, Sage Reddish paced the way finishing 41^st overall with a time of 24:21.6 while Sunniva Sheffield (24:34.5) finished close behind in 54^th place. Finishing in the top-100 as well was Eliza Medearis who ran a 25:09.2. At the top of the pack for Yeowomen rookies was Amber Borofsky with a time of 26:23.1.
 
On the men's side of the race, Walter Moak led the Yeomen in the 8k with a time of 26:44.5 in 23^rd place. Just behind the sophomore came Danny Markey (27:37.7) and Aidan Duffield (28:01.9). Rounding out the top-100 for Oberlin was Jerry Achtermann with a time of 28:03.1.
 
Oberlin takes a break now to rest their legs and reset for NCAA Pre-Nationals on Saturday, October 1^st. Live stats and stream will be announced closer to the date of the race.
