Record Watch … Senior place kicker
Erickson Andrews enters the season with 13 career field goals, sitting third on the all-time list … He trails all-time leader Steve Willever (2001-04) by just five field goals … Andrews already set the single-game record when he booted four field goals in a 33-3 win over Earlham in 2012.
Eye on Ihle …Junior
C.J. Ihle is looking to build off his 7.5 sacks, which was good for seventh best on the single-season list … With 1.5 sacks he will become just the ninth player in school history to have double digit sacks for a career … If he can reach 10 sacks this season he will move into third on the all-time list with 18.5.
Cruzing Alone …
