Oberlin, Ohio – Case Western Reserve had five players score in double figures as they upended the Oberlin College Yeomen 74-60 on Sunday afternoon at Philips Gym.

Reid Anderson led the Spartans (4-7) with 16 points, while Austin Fowler added 15.
The Yeomen (1-11) trailed by as many eight points in the first half, but went into the locker room down just 33-29 thanks to a four-point play by Crawford-Silva on their final possession of the frame.
After getting within two, 36-34, to start the second half, Oberlin fell victim to a 14-2 Spartans' run that put them up 50-35 with 10:16 left to play. The Yeomen continued to fight to get within 11 on two separate occasions, but could get no closer the rest of the way.
Oberlin shot 44.7 percent by knocking down 21-of-47 shots. The Yeomen also matched a season-high with 10 triple-hits on 19 attempts – good for a season-best 52.6 percent success rate.
Case hoisted 52 shots in the contest – making 24 for a 46.2 percent clip. The Spartans also had a 35-24 advantage on the glass.
The Yeomen will return to NCAC action on Wednesday night when they travel south to take on the Wittenberg University Tigers. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
