Summary

Biography

A four-year member of the men’s lacrosse program, Colin Regan is best remembered on the field for his performance after being thrust into goal-keeping duties in the team’s mini two-game season post-pandemic in 2021, making 14 saves in a 15-14 overtime victory against Allegheny. Off the field, Regan was an NCAC Academic Honor Roll Selection and worked in the athletics department behind the scenes, serving as a student worker in the Athletic Communication office.

A former community services officer for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), he was one of 200 student-athletes nationwide selected to take part in the NCAA student-athlete leadership training program in 2021 and in that same year, he was awarded the Norman D. Swearingen Memorial Prize in Classics. Additionally, in 2022 Regan was awarded the James Help Scholarship in Classics and the inaugural SAAC Michaels Leadership Award.

Graduating in 2022 with a double major in Latin Language and Anthropology, Regan is currently teaching high school Latin and coaching hockey and lacrosse at Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland.
