Serraino Tabbed NCAC Athlete of the Week

Westlake, Ohio – Oberlin College track and field senior, Sage Serraino, dominated the track to earn NCAC Athlete of the Week honors, as announced by the conference office Tuesday morning.
 
The Ohioan delivered a standout showing at the Wooster Invitational, winning the 800m with a time of 2:18.06.
 
Their first-place finish in the event currently ranks second in the NCAC, solidifying them as one of the top mid-distance runners in the conference. Serraino also contributed to Oberlin's 4x400m relay team, which placed fourth overall with a time of 4:23.37.
 
The track and field crew return to competition this weekend for the All-Ohio Championships, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan. The championships are set to begin on Friday, April 10 and wrap up on Saturday, April 11.
