OBERLIN, OH- In their most dominant win of the season, the Oberlin College Men's Tennis team swept the Wittenberg Tigers for a 9-0 victory on Senior Day.

Rohan Gold and his collegiate career in a ceremony. Fired up to get a win for Gold, the Crimson and Gold rolled through all three doubles matches. Second-year

Ben Tichauer breezed through the #3 match, winning 8-2 over Henry Smith-Heston and Andrew Garofoli to start the sweep. Gold and first-year
Zain Makada moved past Sven Eerenbeemt and Mark Trinka 8-3 in the #2 doubles match while Oberlin's top pairing of third-year
Sebastien Naginski and second-year
Shawn Lisann took out Ethan Libby and Jacob Bennett 8-3.

There was no slowing down the team in singles play. Naginski earned the team's first singles point in a 6-0, 6-2 blowout over Bennett in the #3 match. In the top singles match, Gold capped off a memorable senior day with a 6-1, 7-5 win over Libby to clinch the win for the team. In the #2 match, Lisann fought through close games to get a 6-2, 6-2 win over Trinka. In his second match at the #4 spot, Tichauer saved three set point in the first set and stormed back to win 7-5, 6-2 over Eerenbeemt. Makada breezed past Garofoli, 6-2, 6-0 in the #5 spot and Foster closed out the match with a 6-0, 6-1 takedown of Smith-Heston in the #6 match.

With the win, the Yeomen improve to 6-11 on the season and 1-5 in conference play. They will return to action at home tomorrow against Ohio Wesleyan University. The regular season finale is set to begin at 10 a.m.
