OBERLIN, OH- For the second day in a row, the Oberlin College Men's Tennis team didn't lose a match en route to taking down a conference opponent. The Yeomen beat Ohio Wesleyan University 9-0 to end their regular season on a winning note.

Ben Tichauer grabbed the Yeomen's first point of the day in the No. 3 doubles match after taking down Ohio Wesleyan's Gabriel Fogle and Rainer Holl, 8-2.

Zain Makada to take down Marcelo Aguilar and Elliot Spicer 8-3 in the No. 2 match.
Shawn Lisann and
Sebastien Naginski wrapped up doubles play with a convincing 8-3 win over Mark Siriwanichkul and Kobe Francis in the top flight.

Gold capped off his career at the Hunsinger Courts in style, taking down Siriwanichkul 6-4, 6-2 in the top match. After Naginski steamrolled Francis, 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 3 match, Lisann clinched the win for the Yeomen when he beat the Bishops' No. 2 Aguilar, 6-1, 6-2.Â

Makada came out on top of his hard-hitting match against Fogle, winning the No. 4 match 6-4, 6-3 in the closest match of the day. Tichauer came back from a break deficit in the second set to win his No. 5 match 6-2, 6-3 over Holl, while Foster eased past Spicer, 6-1, 6-2 in the No. 6 spot.

The Yeomen cap off their regular season with a 7-11 record and the #6 seed in the NCAC standings. They will travel to Denison next weekend to take on #3 DePauw University in the first round of the North Coast Athletic Conference tournament.
