Geneva, OH – The final day of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Championship saw
Malaïka Djungu-Sungu take the field for the triple jump competition.
After fouling on her first attempt, the senior launched herself 11.56m (37-11.25) to land in 13
th overall. Djungu-Sungu improved her national placing after finishing 17
th in the same event at the Indoor National Championships.
With the end of the National Championship comes the end of Oberlin Track and Field's season, and some much-deserved time off. The harriers will reset during their offseason and start the work to defend their Indoor and Outdoor NCAC Championships.
