Oberlin, Ohio- The Oberlin College women's soccer returned home for the first time in nearly a month to take on the Adrian Bulldogs. A physical battle, the Yeowomen dominated possession the entire game to earn their first victory against Adrian in program history. The 2-1 final improves Oberlin to 6-3-0 on the season as they head into an NCAC-only schedule.

Earning her first career start,
Adriana Morales impressed the home crowd as she shutout the Bulldogs through the first half before handing the reins over to first-year
Ali Grant for the second half. The duo combined for five saves while Morales earns the win.

On the offensive side of the ball,
Maya Blevins put Oberlin on the board first offa well-placed shot by
Heather Benway. Adrian responded just minutes later before a slew of back-and-forth action ensued. Finally settling their attack,
Adrienne Sato sent a rocket from 30 yards out into the upper-right corner of the cage. The goal gave the Crimson and Gold a 2-1 lead that was good enough to earn the victory.

The Yeowomen get back in action as they host Denison for Homecoming Weekend this Saturday, October 8. The NCAC foes will kickoff under the lights at 7pm with a live stream available
