Gambier, Ohio- Heading south, Oberlin battled Kenyon College on Saturday afternoon. The Yeowomen took the second set, but the comeback would fall short as Oberlin fell 3-1 (12-25, 25-20, 20-25, 16-25). The stumble sets Oberlin back to 0-6 in the conference and 7-13 overall.

Cami Sweet had another impressive run, notching her sixth match 10+ kills. The sophomore boasted a hitting percentage of .345 and a pair of block assists to go along with her 13 kills.
Andréa Jones and
Natalie Dufour chipped in on the attack with seven kills each while also adding two block assists. On the defensive end,
Taylor Gwynne set up 34 assists with another 15 digs to go along.
Jillian Jendsen led the team in digs with 21.

Oberlin struggled to find any kind of balance in the first set, making ten errors and ultimately giving up the match point 25-12. Switching up the gameplan, the Crimson and Gold battled in the second set, swapping leads with the Owls four times. The Yeowomen eventually pulled through for the 25-20 victory. Tied at 1-1, the Owls got their revenge and then some as they took the final two sets to give Oberlin the 3-1 loss.
