Hiram, Ohio- Looking to get back to their winning ways the Oberlin College women's soccer team traveled to Hiram to take on the Terriers Wednesday night. Bringing home thuer first conference victory, the Yeowomen took down Hiram 4-0 to improve to 7-4-0 on the year and 1-2-0 in NCAC action.
Leading scorer Heather Benway notched the Yeowomen's first two goals, each unassisted in the first 25 minutes of action. Brynn Adams earned her first goal of the season to add to the Crimson and Gold tally in the 39'. The final score came as Benway found the foot of Zoe Garver in the 51' to give Oberlin the 4-0 finish.
Benji and Ali Grant split time in cage as the duo combined but faced little action as the Oberlin back line held their opponent to a pair of shots but zero on cage.
The Crimson and Gold stay on the road for their next match as they head north to take on Wittenberg on Saturday, October 15. Kickoff is set for 12pm.
