Oberlin, OH – The Oberlin College field hockey team traveled across state lines on Saturday afternoon, dropping a 6-0 decision at Earlham College.
The Yeowomen did not hreaten much on offense, failing to attempt a shot in the match.

Julia Vincent went the distance in goal and did her part with nine saves in the loss.
The Quakers posted the game's first goal in just under seven minutes as Denise Bergdolt cashed in her seventh goal of the season with the help of a Molly McKellar assist. Earlham led just 2-0 at the half but would tack on four more tallies over the final 30 minutes to leave no doubt in the eventual outcome.
Earlham, which had an 11-0 advantage in penalty corners, moved to 10-1 on the year while Oberlin dropped back to 0-9.
The Yeowomen will return home to host Washington & Jefferson on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
