He previously served as a graduate assistant coach at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. While on staff with the Griffins, Jossey coached hitting and outfield play and manned the first base coaching box.
In his two seasons on staff, he played a large roll in recruiting and helped the Griffins to two seasons of over 40 wins. Jossey assisted Seton Hill in reaching two NCAA Division II Regionals and mentored two All-American hitters.
His playing career started at Ohlone Community College in Fremont, California, before he moved on to Seton Hill to complete his bachelor's degree in sports management.

Chisholm spent the previous year and a half at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey, working as the team's recruiting and defensive coordinator. Heading into this season, he played a large role in adding 19 new recruits to the roster as they are set to begin their second season as a Division II program.
He spent the previous five seasons in the similar capacities at Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. While there, Chisholm coached 17 Skyline All-Conference selections and helped the squad set numerous school records.

In 2014 and in 2015, Stockton won 13 games, which is a school-record for wins in a season. The Ospreys also reached the Skyline championship finals for the first time in school history in 2015.

After two years as a graduate assistant football coach at Mercyhurst University,

While in Erie, Pennsylvania, Gysin instructed the Lakers offensive tackles and tight ends - teaching gap, zone, and man blocking schemes in addition to recruiting Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. He also mentored an all-conference tight end during his tenure.
A four-year starter along the offensive line at Mercyhurst, Gysin played in 44 straight games, earning first-team All-PSAC West honors in 2013 and 2014.
A team captain in 2014, Gysin was a preseason All-American and All-Region selection in that season. He was part of a unit that allowed just 10 sacks in an 11-game season.
During Gysin's career, Mercyhurst finished no worse than sixth in the PSAC in time of possession, including first in 2013. That season, Mercyhurst was second in the conference by averaging 243.3 yards per game on the ground. He also helped pave the way for six all-conference running back selections during his career - Richie Sanders (2011), Brandon Brown-Dukes (2012, 2013, 2014), and Allen Jones II (2012, 2013).
