Oberlin, Ohio – The Yeowomen struggled in their final North Coast Athletic Conference matchup of 2014 as they suffered a 6-0 defeat to the Denison University Big Red.
Denison tallied three goals in the first half and added to their total with three more in the second session.
Sophomore Arianna Enzerink led the Yeowomen with three shots. Junior defender
Kendra Lian registered the Yeowomen's lone shot on goal, late in the second half that nearly put the Oberlin ladies on the board.

Maggie Gossiaux had a 21 saves against the powerful Denison offense, marking her 12th double digit save performance of the year. Gossiaux's season total now sits at 289 saves entering the final game of the year.
Oberlin field hockey will conclude the 2014 season tomorrow as they host the Bison of Bethany College (W.V.) for Senior Day at 1 p.m.
