Samuel Scoba enters his second season as the lead assistant coach and offensive coordinator for the Oberlin College men's lacrosse program in 2019.

In his first season leading the Yeomen offense, Oberlin had players score double-digit goals as Oberlin out-scored its opponents 194-149. Four Yeomen had double-digit assists with three players totaling 15 or more. On the year, the Yeomen dished out 106 helpers.
 
Scoba came to Oberlin after serving as an assistant at Westborough High School.
 
He played college lacrosse at Dean College and Endicott College. As a senior at Endicott, Scoba was a member of the 2015 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship team. He also was named to the NEILA All-Academic team and received the Commonwealth Academic award.
 
While at Endicott College he earned a bachelor’s degree from the Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business in Entrepreneurship in 2015.
