UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OH --The Oberlin College volleyball team could not overcome a dynamic Blue Streaks offense Thursday on the road falling to John Carroll in three sets (19-25, 15-25, 19-25).
The non-conference loss moved Oberlin to 13-9 on the season.
Cami Sweet finished with five kills to lead the Yeowomen attack with a hitting percentage of .400. Oberlin had 24 kills in the match to go along with 19 errors to finish with just a .053 success rate.Â
Iris Archibald recorded 11 digs to lead OC defensively, while Tayloe Gwynne added seven to go along with 17 assists.Â

SET 1 | The Yeowomen fell behind early, losing a tough first set 25-19. Oberlin trailed by as many as seven points as John Carroll grabbed the advantage for good at 13-12 in a set that was tied up six times before the Blue Streaks took control.
