Rising-junior Zac Ntia finished second in the weight throw at the 2020 Indoor North Coast Athletic Conference Championship but unfortunately COVID-19 took away his opportunity to earn his first conference title during the outdoor season. Zac, who is often seen on campus sporting an infectious smile, is eager to return to Oberlin to see his teammates – albeit from six feet apart.

Who is your favorite professor and why?
Biology professor Angie Roles. I've done the most learning in her classes and she's just the best.

Do you have any hidden talents? If so, what are they?
I can do a cartwheel and the splits.

What are your athletic goals for the 2020-21 season?
Men's team conference championship.

What is the most creative or impactful thing you have done during quarantine?
A friend started a zoom call full of Black men. We meet once a week and we've had amazing and meaningful conversations.

What is your favorite social media platform and why?
Snapchat, because that's the only form of social media I have.
