Granville, Ohio – The Oberlin College field hockey team fell by a score of 9-0 in a neutral site non-conference game against Rhodes College at Piper Stadium on the Denison University campus.

Libby Royer, and would score four more before the halftime horn.
In the second half, the Lynx offense kept the pressure on and would score three more goals and did not give the Yeowomen another opportunity.
The Oberlin defense showed improvement in the second half as they allowed 10 less shots in the second half of play.
Junior goalkeeper
Kennedy Kline, who has anchored the Yeowomen defense all season, batted away 18 of Rhodes' shots on cage in the game. Kline also got some help from her defenders as senior
Dillon Sebastian and junior
Julie Schreiber each recorded a defensive save in the game.
The Yeowomen are back in action on Wednesday night when they host The College of Wooster in a North Coast Athletic Conference game in the Knowlton Complex at 5 p.m.
