Lauren Voigt enters her first season in 2026-27 as the Oberlin College Assistant Field Hockey Coach after being hired in May 2026.
Bringing over a decade of coaching experience, Voigt comes to Oberlin after serving as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Wooster for two years. Coaching five All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) honorees, the Fighting Scots produced 16 athletes to the Dr. Gordon Collins Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll under Voigt's direction.
Prior to her time in the North Coast, Voigt coached at Elizabethtown for 11 years. Serving as the Assistant Field Hockey Coach for ten years, Voigt was promoted to the head coach ahead of the 2023 season. During her time at Elizabethtown, the Blue Jays recorded seven Landmark Conference Tournament appearances, including the Landmark Conference Tournament Championship title in 2016 to earn an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Tournament. Voigt also served as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach for seven seasons.
A four-year forward at Messiah, Voigt and the Falcons won four straight Commonwealth Conference Championships, finishing as back-to-back NCAA Tournament Runner-Ups in 2009 and 2010. Voigt earned her bachelor's degree in health and exercise science with a minor in psychology from Messiah in 2011. Voigt holds a USA Field Hockey Level I Coaching Certificate and is on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association DEI Committee.
