Outside of her duties with Oberlin College, she is heavily involved in her community. She pours into her community by giving back as a volunteer youth soccer coach and the President of LaGrange Youth Soccer Association. Most recently she has facilitated the donations for four automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and advocated for the installment of the units throughout their community park benefiting all their youth sports organizations.
