2008 Season Stats

Jeremy returns to the Yeomen as a four-year starter at First Base and Co-Captain. He comes into the season as one of the top offensive producers for the Yeomen. As a Sophomore, Jeremy established himself as a force in the North Coast Athletic Conference on way to earning Honorable Mention All-NCAC.  Jeremy is also a stellar defender at First Base.  The Yeomen will look for Jeremy to be a consistent run producer this season. 

Prior to Oberlin: Jeremy is a 2005 graduate of Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, California. The Summer after his Senior year, Jeremy traveled to Israel with the Team USA Maccabi team which dominated their tour of Israel en route to winning the Gold Medal.

Last Summer, Jeremy interned at IMG in San Francisco, California. He is also involved in a local tutoring program at Prospect Elementary in Oberlin, Ohio.  Jeremy is an Oakland A's fan and enjoys hanging out with his friends. 

Jeremy was born on November 19, 1987 and is the son of Art and Susan Simon. Jeremy has one brother Sam who is a freshman at the University of Oregon. Jeremy is a Double Major in Religion and Law and Society. After graduation, Jeremy plans to attend Graduate School and would love to travel the world.
