Fencing
The fencing team had just completed The Midwestern Fencing Tournament with the full squad. Oberlin Women Epee team is ranked the highest it has ever been ranked in recent years as 5th in the Midwest. Unfortunately, due to administrative reasons, we are not able to participate in the USA CFC Club Champs tournament. We instead will attend two or three local tournaments as alternates. We plan to have more interaction with school sports councils for more support for professional training since we performed at the varsity level. We have had good participation in tournaments and daily practice this semester. We plan on hosting a tournament at home in the near future, given our success with hosting one last semester. Our executive board will now focus on professionalism and building an even better team.
