Oberlin College Athletics

Amber is the Manager for Digital Media at iCivics.  Previously, she was a basketball and track coach at Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC.  Having three young daughters informs most of Amber’s life.  She writes a blog called “Mom of All Capes” which addresses family and social issues large and small. With work and parenting there is not enough free time left over for much…except the Heisman Club.  We are glad for that.  She agreed to serve and “give back” to Oberlin.

While at Oberlin, she and Cristina Briboneria, a teammate and former member of the Heisman Club board, were the co-directors and co-emcees for the Colors of Rhythm, a multicultural celebration held at Finney Chapel.  This experience forged one of her most positive memories of Oberlin.
