Mandi is a TV reporter. We have watched in pride as she pursued her dream of this career while always being an active member of the board.
She spends her free time doing Bikram yoga and cycling classes, and admits to being a Netflix addict. She also enjoys a good day of wine tasting.
Her memories of Oberlin center around athletics. She played basketball and volleyball. She attributes learning many important life lessons to being an Oberlin athlete. She joined the Heisman Club board so that she can ensure that current student-athletes enjoy their time at Oberlin as much as she enjoyed hers. And she says "selfishly", she loves staying connected because it makes her feel young and in shape.
"I used to think winning games was everything, NOW I think creating a culture of acceptance, hard work, dedication will help you win on and off the court."
