Freshman Stephen Gruppuso has helped the Yeomen secure a pair of wins to start the spring ... Playing at No. 4 singles against Division II Indiana Tech he was a 7-5, 6-2 winner over Rui Lima.

He was inserted in the third flight against Wabash's Patrick McAuley where he secured the match-clinching fifth point with a close 7-6 (7-5), 7-5 win

He and fellow freshman Camron Cohen (Arlington, VA / St. Stephens & St. Agnes School) are also 2-0 in doubles play, winning at No. 3 vs. the Warriors 8-0, before taking down the Little Giants pairing of Michael Makio and Jordan Greenwell 8-3 at at No. 2.
