Milo Sklar was simply a bulldog for the Yeomen this week, appearing in four of the team's six games. He started against Hiram in an 11-4 win and worked 5.1 innings, surrendering two hits, two runs and two walks to go along with two strikeouts. He threw 51 strikes on 76 pitches.
Sklar then appeared three times in the series against the Lords, earning two saves and a tough-luck loss due to an error. In the team's 11-9 come-from-behind win he struck out four of the six batters he faced in the eighth and ninth to earn a save.
On Sunday he pitched 1.2 innings in both games, locking down another save in the 6-4 win. In 2.1 innings total, he gave up just one hit and fanned four.
In 10.2 innings for the week, he allowed just three hits, two earned runs and three walks. Opponents hit .081 against him.
