Jackie McDermott went 5-1 over three matches this week with her play helping the team garner victories over Wooster (8-1) and Division II Walsh (7-2). McDermott also accounted for the lone team point in a 6-1 loss at Division I Cleveland State.

Leading the team with a 15-9 record in singles play, McDermott won all three matches this past week, which included a three-set win at No. 5 singles against CSU’s Melissa Djohan (6-4, 3-6, 10-4).

McDermott, who is 7-3 over her last 10 singles matches, also took down Snezhana Kiseleva of Walsh 6-2, 6-0 and Aditi Sringeri of Wooster 6-1, 6-0 at No. 6.
