Senior Geno Arthur earned his first NCAC Runner of the Week award of the season, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
 
Arthur, who has won all three meets so far this season, was the top finisher at last Saturday's Yellow Jacket Invitational in Rochester, New York.
 
The Camarillo, California, native bested the 243-runner field in the men's 8K race with a time of 25:46.3. His timestamp was nearly 20 seconds faster than second-place finisher Adam Pacheck, who completed the course in 26:05.
 
Arthur's effort helped the Yeomen finish second overall in the 22-team event as they totaled 74 points.
