NCAC Distance Runner of the Week #Ali Gemma#, won the 200 meters with a time of 28.32 seconds, was fourth in the 55 meters in 7.55 seconds and was part of the second-place 4x200-meter relay (1:51) and the first-place 4x400-meter relay (4:14.36).
