NCAC Runner of the Week Carey Lyons bested the field at the GLCA Championship meet with a time of 19:02.60 ... The mark was nearly seven full seconds better than the second-place finisher from Albion College ... The event featured 84 runners in all and she led a Yeowomen pack that had all seven of its runners finish within the top 11.
