In her first collegiate race, Oberlin first-year Chilly Wallace set the school record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.60 in the prelims, to best the old mark of 9.70, which was set last year by Clare Tiedemann. Wallace would clock a 9.63 in the finals to place fourth and she would also end third in the triple jump with a mark of 34-03.50.
