Sophomore Sammy Spanier put together the best two-game stretch of her career at Wooster's Nan Nichols Classic, earning All-Tournament Team honors ... Spanier had the best game of her career against Mount Union, stuffing the stat sheet with 17 points six, six rebounds, and four assists ... In the team's 67-47 win over Bethany the very next day, Spanier was in a giving mode as she delivered a career-high six assists to accompany her 12 points ... For the week she averaged 14.5 points and five assists per game while also shooting 62.5 percent from 3-point land as she hit on five of her eight triple-tries.
