Joanna Johnson, a native of Chico, California, finished first in the 238-runner field at the GLCA Championships on Saturday. Her time of 17:46 in the 5K run helped Oberlin finish second out of 15 teams in the race. For her efforts she was also named as the NCAC Runner of the Week for the second time this season.
