Sophomore #Ron Rupard# recorded a career-high 14 tackles - including 1.5 for a loss – but none bigger than his final one of the game as he spearheaded an Oberlin defensive stand late in the fourth quarter that allowed the Yeomen to opportunity to come from behind to beat Kenyon 31-28 on Saturday … with the game on the line and no timeouts remaining for Oberlin, Kenyon elected to go for it on 4th-and-2 from the Oberlin 48 yard line, but Rupard blew up the play in the backfield for no gain, allowing Oberlin to get the ball back and complete the game-winning drive.
