Former Poland Bulldogs star and current Oberlin College starting defensive end #Jake Hochendoner# was named as the Heisman Club Player of the Game by the Oberlin College broadcast team for his outstanding play in Saturday's game against the Kenyon College Lords. Hochendoner made six tackles, including two for a loss to go along with his first career sack in the 21-9 setback. The sophomore also had multiple QB hurries in the contest. Through the first six games of the season he has recorded 28 tackles, including a team-best four for a loss. He and the rest of the Yeomen will be back in action next Saturday on the road at Earlham College.
