Schultz Wins Second Straight NCAC Combined Events

Oberlin, Ohio –
For the second straight season Madeline Schultz has won the NCAC Combined Events as she finished with 4,044 points at this year's event.

Competing in her first outdoor heptathlon, sophomore Ryann McChesney placed eighth with 3,235 points.

In the men's decathlon Vlad Bursic placed fifth with 3,940 points.

The efforts of Schultz and McChesney gave the Yeowomen 11 team points towards the overall total in the NCAC Championships, while Bursic registered four points for the Yeomen.

The NCAC Championships takes place next weekend on the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University.
